whatever the soup, my mother insists that it is the celery that makes people feel better sooner. so add EXTRA celery! feel better soon....that baby (and toddler) needs you!
I have one for you that is awesome. Saute some thinly sliced carrots and green onion in butter until tender but not brown. Add in flour then slowly add in a couple of cups of milk and chicken broth, two Tbl of Worchestershire sauce and bring back to a soft boil, add in already cooked chicken that is cubed or torn up and two cups of shredded cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. You can vary the amounts of chicken broth to get the consistency you want but it is so creamy and good especially on a cool day or if you are not feeling well.
