Still no MLS

Soooo frustrating. Apparently when "paragon" updated their site on Tuesday, they had some problems and not all properties are showing up. Timing is VERY POOR for us as the clock is tick-tick-ticking. But we do still show up when realtors search so hopefully someone will want to see the house soon. So far we've had 4 people look. *sigh* Buying the first house is SO much easier/more fun than buying the 2nd.

Oh yeah, St. Joseph is in our yard.. He's only been there for 6 days and I know this takes time. I have faith that he will work...I'm not frustrated with him...i'm frustrated with the MLS programmers!

If I were you I'd be asking for a serious discount from my agent. That's just inexcusable!!!

and IT'S A GIRL!! I'll do a proper introduction later and the whole story and everything but in the meantime, we had a baby girl. 2:15pm on Friday afternoon (I posted at, what? 10;30am? You do the math!!). Her name is Dahlia Marie and she weighed in at a whopping 6lbs even. 19 1/4" long and so incredibly gorgeous (although, I might be a wee bit biased). The birth was the most amazing experience I've ever been through and my mind is still, well, blown, quite frankly. I am so tired though...time for a quick nap before we try to feed again.

Privacy, please!

Well, the time has come. After 6 1/2 years (!?) Naturally Optimistic will be going private at the start of the new year. If you are interested in still reading my INCREDIBLY exciting posts & commenting on my cute children, email me & I will put you on the invite list. Like I said - it won't happen for another couple weeks, but there ya go. Time to make a change.
