Naturally Optimistic

So....the *new* modem that worked for about 3 hours yesterday has a loose port & therefore needs to be replaced! Argh! Internet-less yet again probably til Tuesday. Yes, until they send a *new* modem! I'm sitting here with two dead modems & no Internet! Argh!!!! Back to cleaning out closets & purging more crap from our house (which is good, but I'd rather have Internet!

You know when you try to do something, learn something, further yourself in your field or whatever but you're CONTSTANTLY being....what's the word? Put down? Not doing it right? You get sniped at for taking charge when charge-taking was exactly what they wanted you to do in the first page? I'M SO FUCKING SICK OF IT. I'm about an inch away from packing it all up and moving into the Boundary Waters permanently.

It's very annoying to me that when someone asks to borrow something that you & your husband own...well, there are a few annoying things. One is that they continually ask you via Facebook if they can borrow your husbands...whatever. Hmmm, why do I have to be the middleman? Then after weeks of said asking (borrowed items needed for a particular event) you have everything they want, are willing to part with them and then can't get a response about where to leave said items for pick up. And THEN when you FINALLY get a hold of them the only way to get the items to you - is for YOU to drop them off, at their house. Geez louise. Next time we're just saying no. I'm too busy for this crap this week.

Good lord. Have you read this ? I am just so sick of every g.d politician or person in "power" having freaking affairs. What is wrong with people? If you're want to have lots of sex & girlfriends or whatever, just don't be married & have kids, okay? God. I'm sick of it. And I'm a really huge John Edwards fan...Hmph.
