Dahlia meet Boppy

I got the boppy pillow at my shower from my friend Sarah and I love it - but I didn't realize HOW MUCH I loved it til today. Seems that all that talk about reflux & spitting up make sense - if you prop your baby up (in a swing, bouncy or boppy) the spitting up is SO MUCH LESS.

I feel as though a small milestone was reached...(even if it's temporary don't rain on my parade! Small victories, people!!)

Congratulations
All those small victories are a big deal. It gives you the confidence you need to tackle that next thing they'll confound you with. Isn't it amazing how much there is to learn and figure out?

yeah! You poor thing. This is the hard part about parenting is figuring it all out one thing at a time. If it makes you feel any better, Sydney's reflux is so bad I have to sit up strait with her for 20-30 minutes after feeding completely still (which you know is so practical in my life) other wise she loses her lunch....or breakfast or whatever. Now that you're getting Dahlia's reflux under control she will be a much happier baby. BTW a little secret: as weird as it may sound, nurses recommend letting babies sleep in their carseats to keep them comfy from reflux. I couldn't imagine and I tried it the other night because she was super fussy. It worked!!!!
